Students with Sport sciences or Psychology degrees can apply to the Research Master (year 2) in Socio-Psychology and Sport Management.
This cursus aims to train students to perform high level research, fundamental or applied, in Socio-Psychology and Sport Management fields.
The various courses provided during this 2nd year of specialization at the university of Burgundy allow students to continue in a specific disciplinary research direction (social psychology, sport management, sport psychology, experimental psychology) but improved by multidisciplinary studies.
A few examples of research projects in social psychology: identity (dynamics and categorization), bilding communication, studies of social representations…
A few examples of research projects in sport management: running and change in control of policy and sport organization management, sport consumer behaviour, conflicts in sport organization.
A few examples of research projects in sport psychology: stress and performance, motivation and social norms, identity and competition…
A few examples in experimental psychology: auditory, visual and time perception, language, cognitive dysfunctions…
Career prospect:By the end of the Second year of the Reseach MSc in “Socio-psychologie et management du sport”, students will have performed an original and coherent research in a highliy specialized domain and summarized and defended in a final dissertation. This work is presented in a Master’s dissertation and leads to doctoral studies. .
